Ode to Maureen
Maureen Galvin, the name says it all
As a friend and a teacher, you are 10 feet tall
The music, the dancing, the fun and the laughter,
Are treasures we’ll all have for ever after.
Sometimes we giggle and sometimes we forget
So when we’re up on the stage is when you must fret
But on Monday nights when our practice is finished,

If you remember, there was a desert at John Knox the night we danced there. Several people wanted the recipe and here it is thanks to my neighbor, Wilma!
1 can pie filling (I used Lite Cherry)
> 1 can sweetened FF condensed milk
> 1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
> 1 8 oz Lite cool whip
